Ordering a portrait can be a bit intimidating, I know!  That's why I also offer super cute GIFT CERTIFICATES! (A beautiful gift for Christmas can also become a beautiful painting by Valentine's Day.)  That way, your loved one can chat directly with me, and send me whatever photos are their personal favorites.  :)

​​PAYMENTS

​For the standard orders, I typically ask for full payment up front, but can also be accommodating for custom orders, and if we are able to communicate openly, am usually able to accept installments.  

​I am also happy to accept cash in advance, but do not accept checks from people I do not have an existing relationship with (you're on the internet, you understand.)
OTHER SIZES & OPTIONS AVAILABLE
For people and other animals, I prefer to give custom quotes that are fair to both of us, so let's chat!
Custom and detailed backgrounds are available, as are prices for portraits of people, but they require more time, attention to detail, and materials. So if you have something specific in mind, please message me so I can see what you have in mind and give an accurate quote. CUSTOM and LARGER canvas sizes are also available, but have to be priced on a by-case basis.

The clearer the better!  When in doubt, just shoot some over to me here, and I'm happy to help you pick the very best image.

a background color
If you're having trouble with this one, think about where it would hang.  What color is your/their couch/comforter/carpet?  As always, you can just send me some shots of the room it'll go in, and I'm seriously happy to help!

a personality description
Short or long works just fine.  Some people send great bullet points, and some send some really beautiful stories.  
Anecdotes and descriptions really help me honor the true personality of each and every fur/feather/scaly baby.  
​It's important to me to capture WHO they are!
